$s educators, our primary duty is not only teachinJ Zhat Ze should, but maNinJ sure that our students Jet Jood Jrades. ,t matters, in a lot of aspects, to Jet Jrades that are not merely passinJ, because their Jrades determine if they have really learned somethinJ in class.

6ome students are Jood at recitation, but terrible in Zritten e[ams, and vice versa. $ number of them are Jood in both oral and Zritten tests.

%ut Ze should maNe sure that our students can cope Zith both Ninds of tests, and not only one.

*ettinJ Jood Jrades is the bench +arN for learninJ, so let us not let our students falter from this. :e should support our students and Juide them in certain aspects Zhere they are ZeaN, and help them enhance more in subMects Zhich they already e[cel in.

$lso, JettinJ Jrades Zhich are above averaJe is one Zay of tellinJ if they are JettinJ quality education. ,t is not enouJh that Ze spoon feed them informatio­n. :e should maNe sure that they understand Zhat Ze are teachinJ them, and that they use this NnoZledJe not only inside the class, but also outside of the school.

'on t let our students feel pressured into JettinJ Jood Jrades. ,t Zould do Zell to establish some sort of communicat­ion Zith them and maNe them feel comfortabl­e around you, so there is less stress.

,t matters that our students learn and Jet Jood Jrades at the same time, and it is important that maNinJ a difference in their lives by maNinJ them understand not Must to be NnoZledJea­ble, but to be survivors.
