LEARNER'S DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR

There is no denying that teachers face so many issues and concerns inside and outside the four corners of the room. One among these is the student's disruptive behavior. This has truly been the source of concern for several years now. It can be very challenging for educators because this requires them to spend an enormous amount of time on behavioral management. Accordingly, disruptive behavior decreases the amount of time spent in the teaching-learning processes, and consequently, instructions are distracted by students displaying this type of behavior. Students' unbecoming behaviors inside the school are very noticeable and it is the main reason why managing classes is being talked about almost every day. It is something that teachers need to pay attention to because obviously, it is an interruption in the educational process. The corollary, disruptive behavior does not indicate the naughty behavior of students, but it is about the usual routine of disturbance in the teaching and learning process. There are cases in which even one student disturbs the entire classroom so much that neither the student who creates disruption nor the other student sitting beside him/her can learn. This manifestation promptly puts educators, other students, and even parents in an embarrassing situation. Somehow, this provokes stress on the teachers, and they need to spend a great time, energy, and effort in managing the classroom. Due to this, the acquisition of learning from and among the students is impeded. This statement indicates that disruptive behavior hurdles the paths of the educational process. Moreover, it becomes detrimental to the teaching-learning of the students, particularly their classmates, This disruptive behavior may be very confronting for the teachers but I am pretty sure that all educators are Math teachers, they have formulas for solving problems, they are also like Meralco because they give lights, and most especially they are like banks, they always find ways. I am so proud of all the teachers.
