When a child is sufficiently psychologically prepared and motivated throughout the teaching-learning process, learning occurs. It's true that the students are well-directed and make discoveries based on their strong desire to study. A teacher who is driven involves his students in the educational process and motivates them to retain the knowledge he has imparted. His constant interest is achieving the desired learning objectives with regard to the overall development of his students. Likewise, students who are appropriately motivated focus, maintain a pleasant attitude, and form long-term good study habits. duration. They will be able to effortlessly adjust and engage in the classroom setting, as well as understand the significance of education in the lives of others.
These are some strategies for encouraging and involving students in the learning process: highlighting the positive by giving them words of encouragement and praise, and helping them feel like they can succeed and really do well; establishing expectations for what will happen if they do well and making them aware of the consequences of failing to do so, which will help them develop a sense of accountability; introducing competition to encourage students to be eager to learn through games while having fun; introducing collaboration to help them feel like they belong; connecting to their environment and making them feel like they matter most and that they are observed and heard;
Utilize technology in the classroom by having students work on projects and use devices to interact and collaborate; involve parents to ensure that learning continues even at home; always include your students; use television as a teaching tool by giving them instructions to watch educational programs; and, finally, treat your student as a unique member of the group who can contribute more and on whom others can rely.
