In observance with Presidential Proclamation No. 227 series of 1998 provides for the observance of the month of March as Women's Role in History month while Republic Act 6949 series of 1990 declares March 8 of every year as International Women’s Day. March of every year is declared as National Women's Month. The schools provide an opportunity to acknowledge, integrate principles of gender-equality and celebrate the diverse and significant contributions of women in various fields, including politics, science, arts, literature, education, business, and social activism. From pioneering leaders and innovators to unsung heroes and everyday champions, women have played pivotal roles in shaping societies, advancing progress, and enriching the human experience. Month of March marks a special occasion when the world comes together to celebrate the remarkable achievements, enduring resilience, and recognize the invaluable contributions of women around the world. It serves as a tribute to the indomitable spirit and invaluable role of women in shaping societies, driving progress, and championing equality and justice. As we celebrate Women's Month under the theme of "Women Who advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion," we recognize remarkable contributions of women who champion the rights and representation of marginalized communities, break down barriers, and foster environments where everyone feels valued and respected. As educational institutions, Tagulod High School celebrates National Womens Month. Throughout the month of March, our school community provides program that brings together students, faculty, families, and community members to honor the trailblazers who have paved the way for progress, amplify the voices of women from all walks of life, inspire future generations to pursue their dreams fearlessly and harness the collective strength of diverse communities to challenge entrenched norms and drive progress towards a more equitable and inclusive society and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fulfill their potential..
