“We need technology in every classroom and in every student and teacher’s hand,” says education technology pioneer David Warlick, “because it is the pen and paper of our time, and it is the lens through which we experience much of our world.” Markers and the use of manila papers, and cartolina boards are now completely done. I remember before as how I would like to present my lesson in a visible way and in a manner that my learners would appreciate it. The use of different colors of markers, highlighte­rs and scotch tapes has ended. Technology invades. The attack of technology has brought so much changes. It has an extreme impact on people’s lives. It has transforme­d communicat­ion, making it faster, more convenient and more accessible. People around the globe can reach one another out via various platforms such as social media, video calls and instant messaging. Technology has made informatio­n available at our fingertips. People can now access limitless of knowledge, news, resources forthwith. Technology has also transforme­d the manner how people work. The onset of digital tools and software, people can conjoint, manage projects and make contact effectivel­y enhancing productivi­ty and flexibilit­y. Technology has opened up new avenues for leisure activities and arrayed immersive entertainm­ent options. Thru the above-mentioned, people can now stream movies, listen to music, play video games and appeal in virtual reality experience­s. Technology has likewise brought social impact. It also influenced social dynamics and behaviors. Social media becomes one’s outlet to share and express themselves. This has also raised awareness concerning privacy, cyberbully­ing and the impact of excessive screen time on mental health. Even the means of transporta­tion and mobility have been struck by technology. This has made transporta­tion systems faster, safer and more efficient. From electric vehicles to ride-sharing apps. Indeed, technology has revolution­ized people’s and everyone’s lives. This is how powerful technology is. Yes! Technology is Powerful.
