THE POWER OF TEACHERS ACROSS MULTIPLE LEARNERS.

A distinctive mark of being a teacher compared to other professions- teachers “teach and share”. Constantly innovating themselves on newly trends of ideas, incorporating updated techniques to lessons, eliminating students’ problems, actively attended webinars, trainings, and workshops for progress, just to improve and develop the full potentials of the young generations.

Teachers who share his/her knowledge to a wide range of learners are worthy of respect. Features of being teachers are unlimited, no need to mention one by one, but a few of these must be given credits. Teachers support and willing to share dozens of virtues, experiences and even lessons to fonder by. They prioritize the diverse group of learners with variety of potentials, credentials, and behaviors rather than themselves.

Teachers work without the need of WIFI. They were being able to make beaucoup learning plans and applying innovative and adoptable teaching strategies while working overtime both at home and school premises. Having that numerous functions, still they worked without hesitation in the fastest and safest way it could be, with unlimited consideration and motivation within themselves to surpass challenges of being a 21st century teacher.

Teachers are one of the most elusive individuals. They were hard to find and to forget, but unstoppable in eliciting overflowing efforts just to build and improve the good standard of the school.

Teachers were capable of group sharing. They can handle and managed different types of learners and at the same time embracing the needs of the students. Transferring of skills marked with complete earnest commitment was given daily and evidently.

Teachers wirelessly connected to the heart of their students. They touched lives of every learner in the most stimulating way, for them to pursue higher goals and to step forward firm and vigorous. Teachers completely and sincerely devoted their lives to change the future of their students to be a positive and worthwhile individual of the society.

Influences of teachers never stops. The great distance does not matter for a great teacher to find ways to holistically developed lifelong learners. The slow internet connections, hazards, rocky roads, slippery bridge, and even crossing of rivers are not hindrances to uplift education for the sake of the students.

Teachers study for long years and gradually fight being less competent just for the sake of students. Teachers has vast amount of knowledge, and ponderous wisdoms, generally dedicated and devoted to learners. Teachers, as a file sharing person, transfer their energy to boost up low performing students and exert massive efforts to multiple achievers. Because of this extreme feature, teaching is so popular and toughest job of all.

Teachers freely offers knowledge to multifarious interests; manifold attractions/aspirations for connecting the learners wholeheartedly; provide infinite opportunities to be inherit by the students; impart unlimited influences, as the power to change students in intangible ways. And on the other hand, as time goes by teachers will eventually receive awards of appreciation and motivation from their students; receive treasures of valuable recognition that can be kept in their heart; receive investments of successful learners who pursue their dreams because of the teachers’ constant determination.
