After a breakup, it’s common to feel sad or angry, even when you’re at work. This can make it hard to focus and do your job well. The quality of your work will be compromised after breaking up which may lead to minor or major problems in your work area. To get through a breakup and all the changes it brings, it’s important to take care of yourself. Do what makes you happy and start loving yourself even more. That might mean talking to friends or a counselor, finding ways to relax, or doing things you enjoy. There are relapses at times where you feel like going back to your happy memories together, just face it. Until one day you will get used to it and you will realize that it is not anymore hurting you. Taking care can help you feel better and get back on track, both at work and in your personal life. It's okay to express the pain and longing you feel for someone who has been an important part of your life but is no longer present. Acknowledge that it’s normal to miss them, comparing it to the feeling of missing Although the pain might be gone, the absence is still felt. You may feel better for a while, but the gap they’ve left behind is noticeable and you find yourself missing them often. Despite the pain, you understand that letting go was the right decision because it was causing you suffering. However, the process of healing and getting used to their absence will take time.

Breaking up with someone you care about can be hard, and it can change a lot of things in your life, including your job. But by taking care of yourself and getting support from others, you can get through it and start feeling better again. It’s okay to take things one day at a time and focus on what you need to feel happy and okay again.
