According to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directed the country education agencies to modify the current school programs to match the country’s current job demands with the unique skills given to senior high school (SHS) graduates moreover, due to complicated demands there are unnecessary subjects, that has been taught, and furthermore they cannot be able to impact their skills since of difficult requirements. He also mentioned in his sectoral meeting in Malacañang, Marcos pointed out the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) about the graduates meet the jobs required by the country’s industries and however, only 20 percent of SHS graduates were able to land jobs furthermore, the President and TESDA administrator Suharto Mangudadatu to discuss proposals to improve the country’s technical vocational education and training (TVET) program. Tesda’s training programs should be better designed for student in lower-class towns. Furthermore, following consultations with the Department of Education (DepEd), the Department of Labor existing of SHS syllabus. Therefore, it can make pupils complicated due to nationwide job demands anyhow, if teach correctly and the completism of education is correct, there is a chance all SHS graduates, may land on a job. Additionally, if its not done now, graduates will be affected and complicated, consequently of sudden change of demands and requirements. This only might lead to failure if not done right. Anyhow not all demands can be impact to daily routine.
