“Cebu is famous for hundreds to thousands of spectators on the road. This race is second to none when in terms of a fan support,” matod ni Wilfred Steven Uytengsu, presidente sa Sunrise Events Inc. (SEI).
“I had some of the pros triathletes come up to me and say they start cheering up because it’s emotional to see the support of the people on the road.”

“Interestingly, there are a lot of first-timers this year. What we like about that is we are seeing more people joining the sport and that’s lead the popularity of triathlon in the Philippines. We see a lot of people doing it from all walks of life,” asoy ni Uytengsu.

Ang Sugbuanong si John Philip Dueñas sa Motor Ace Kawasaki Racing Team mosalmot sa Asian elite division. RSC,
