Si Presidente Rodrigo Du- terte niklaro nga ang Septiyembre 21, ika 45 nga anibersaryo sa martial law, di holiday, apan way trabaho sa mga buhatan sa kagamhanan ug way klase sa mga tunghaang publiko.

“September 21 is not a holiday. I have declared it as a [National] Day of Protest.
