Soco mihangyo, nanawagan sa mga kongresista
Miapelar ang usa ka opisyal sa Regional Development Council (RDC) 7 sa mga kongresista nga tabangan sila kon unsay naaprobahan ug naduso nga mga proyekto alang sa Central Visayas.
Si Glenn Anthony Soco, co chair sa Infrastructure Development Committee sa RDC 7 nihimo niini human ni-walkout si Kong. Raul del Mar sa full council meeting sa RDC 7 niadtong Biyernes.
Matod ni Soco, kon dunay mga suhestyon ang mga kongresista, makig-estorya sa Department of Public Works and Highways ug sila sa IDC-RDC 7, abli sa mga suhestsyon.
Siya nipasabot ang IDC-RDC 7 girepresentahan sa tanang local government unit, mga eksperto, civil society organizations diin ilang matuki kini nga mga suhestsyon.
Gusto sila mosuporta'g mga proyektong tinuoray makasulbad sa dagan sa trapiko ug makaayo sa katawhan.
“We want to support projects which deals with traffic management system kay mao man nay number one priority sa JICA,” pahayag ni Soco.
Matod ni RDC 7 chairman Kenneth Cobonpue, ang ilang pagpalabang sa mga proyekto dili tungod sa mga pulitiko o mga ahensiya sa gobiyerno.
“We’re here in the RDC, we are not a stamp pad for every project that comes in, otherwise dili na lang mi molingkod diri and let director Carreon approve everything,” pamulong ni Cobonpue.
Si Efren Carreon mao ang director sa National Economic and Development Authority (Neda) 7 ug co-chairman sa RDC 7.
Si Cobonpue niingon sila lang ang bugtong RDC sa nasod nga wala pangulohi og mga pulitiko.

“May I reiterate my reason for this is the fact that there is no more need to provide funding for a feasibility study next year since the same is already underway to be completed before the end of this year,” pagpasabot ni Del Mar sa text message nga gipadala sa Superbalita Cebu.
Si Kongresista Benhur Salimbangon sa ikaupat nga distrito sa Sugbo niingon nga ipatawag sila sa RDC 7 o DPWH 7 kon duna man sila'y gusto nga iduso nga mga proyekto.
“We will just wait for the meeting,” sumala niini kinsa niingon nga dili tanang mga proyekto nga iyang giduso sa DPWH 7 alang sa iyang distrito ang napatuman.
Si Gordon Alan Joseph, chairperson sa executive committee ug integrated development committee ug co-chairperson sa private sector sa Metro Cebu Development and Coordinating Board nalipay nga ang bag-ong RDC nagtuo nga gikinahanglan ang expert planning isip basehanan sa paghimo og infrastructure development.
Siya nipaambit sila sa Mega Cebu nahibung nga ang developed infrastructure recommendations sa international ug local experts nga ilang gipatabang gibalewala lang sa mga pulitiko ug DPWH.
