Dismissal sa kaso batok ni Lim, Kerwin gibakwi
Gibali sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang pagbasura sa drug-related charges nga gipasaka batok sa giingong drug lords nga sila si Peter Lim ug Kerwin Espinosa nga naghatag og dakong dan alang sa pagduso og bag-ong mga ebidensya.
Si Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II niingon nga ang motion for reconsideration nga gipasaka sa Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) wa na kinahanglana.
“I issued an order yesterday (March 19), vacating the dismissal of the case, so much so that there’s no such dismissal anymore. And I ordered the case be ordered wide open for both parties -- the complainants and the respondents -- to
file whatever evidence they have in support of their respective position(s),” sulti ni Aguirre sa mga reporter sa Malacañang.
“In the meantime, the motion for reconsideration filed by the CIDG is rendered moot. There’s no dismissal already. The case is now wide open for the submission of all evidence,” nagkanayon ang pangu sa Department of Justice.
