“But it has to be done with proper authority. Now, if we do not file it, we cannot establish the proper juris prudence. I’m not saying I’m right, I’m not saying he’s right. That’s why we filed it to the Office of the President so that they can determine whether, in their opinion, whether the EO is fair or not,” dason ni Caindec.
