Liboan ka mga magtutudlo sa Siyudad sa Lapu-Lapu ang nagtapok alang sa pagselebrar sa World Teachers Day nga gipahigayon niadtong Miyerkules sa Hoops Dome, Barangay Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City.

Moabot ngadto sa 4,000 ka mga magtutudlo gikan sa publiko ug pribadong tunghaan ang nitambong sa kalihukan nga gihigayon alang kanila.

Kini gipangulohan sa Department of Education, Lapu-Lapu, Lapu-Lapu City Government ug ni Mayor Paz Radaza.

Matud ni Radaza nga ang programa gipahigayon isip pasalamat sa tanang magtutudlo sa ilang mga nabuhat.

“I want to commend all of you for your job well done. May you continue to provide quality education to our student. May you strive to instill in them love and patriotism to our city and our country. May you continue to inculcate in them the importance of respect to one another. May you continue your dedication and commitment to seal a bright future for our young Oponganons,” mensahe na Radaza alang sa tanang mga magtutudlo.

Aduna usab mga guest nga nakapalingaw sa mga nitambong nga mga magtutudlo sama sa Las Vegas Comedy Bar, Ms. Jaya ug 88 Avenue Comedy Bar. Nihalad usab si Mayor Paz Radaza og kanta kauban si Jaya, SSG ug SPG Officers.

Nihatag ang City Government og token alang sa mga magtutudlo ug aduna usay raffle alang kanila.1
