Please tell us about your character?
GABBI GARCIA: I play the role of of Jade Roces, the youngest in the legal family. Kapatid ko si Carla (Abellana) sa legal family. Jade has the strongest personality of all the sisters very palaban and she gets misinterpreted a lot of time but she has good intention. She’s just really hurt kaya napapasama siya, but other than that I feel like she’s a good sister to her Ate Crystal (Carla Abellana).
SHAIRA DIAZ: Ako naman si Amethyst, bunso sa five sisters. Simple at gusto lang nya masaya yung family. Third family kami dito at kapatid ko si Jasmine (Curtis-Smith). Very malambing ako sa kanya. Si Amythest may pagkauto-uto at madaling mabola. Nagseselos sa akin si Jade, ako kasi yung paborito ni daddy (Roi Vinzon). Idol ko si Jade dito at gusto ko siya maging close pero di nya ako tanggap kasi nga third family.
JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH:
Ako si Pearl, ate ni Amythest pero di ako Roces, anak ako sa unang asawa ng mommy namin na si Lily (Ana Roces) who already passed away. Pearl just wants to prove na kaya niya without the help of her father’s finances para hindi sila ma-judge na magkakapatid na pera lang ang habol sa family nila.
ANDRE PARAS: Ako naman si Gareth Austria. I am the adopted son of Ms. Snooky Serna, who plays as Camilla. We also came from the third family. But kami ni Mom Camilla we’re like the pacifier na pag may family member na nag-aaway mom would be there to say, “relax lang, hinayhinay lang.” Same with me kung may mga problema yung mga sisters I’m always there to give them advice kasi wala naman kaming isyu sa family.
MANOLO PEDROSA: Ako is an artistic person, a photographer bestfriend ko si Pearl at magkaka-love interest ako kay Jade Castro.
CARLA ABELLANA: I play the role of Crystal, the eldest among the Roces sisters. Siya yung medyo parang next in line para magmana at mag-manage sa kanilang jewelry empire which is the Empire Jewel. Si Crystal is a career woman, siya yung talagang pinalaki, pinagaral at na-train ng husto ng father niya to run the business. She is married to Hugo, isang Ilonggo, who works for Empire Jewel but feeling niya natatabunan na siya. Si Crystal is strict, si Hugo yung palabiro.
ROCCO NACINO: Si Hugo, who is played by me (laughs) is very insecure kasi feeling niya saling-pusa lang siya sa company. As Carla says nawalan ako ng self-esteem kasi very successful si Crystal. Hugo wants attention at nagkataon si Amber (Sophia Albert) nabigyan ako ng attention. So hindi alam ni Crystal na may nangyayari na pala sa amin ni Amber.
SOPHIE ALBERT: I’m Amber, who plays the third party of Hugo and Crystal. I’m the second Roces sister from the second family as a result of my parents’ one-night stand. Very ano siya very wild, very mischievous. Medyo bad but she also has a good heart. You kinda understand why she’s doing everything kasi nga gusto siyang mapansin ng Roces family.
How similar is your character to you in real life?
SOPHIE: Yung personality namin ni Amber is very contrasting. Similar siguro namin is I can be a little bit impulsive at yung longing namin pareho sa dad. Doon ko nakukuha yung softness ni Amber. Kasi we both want attention from our father. Well, my dad has been comatose for 17 years and I’ve been longing to hear him say what does he feel about me, parang ganoon.
CARLA: Very similar po yung story ng buhay ko sa story ng Pamilya Roces although hindi naman ako ang panganay sa amin at walang ganoong drama na nag-aaway yung mga kapatid. In real life kami rin ang legal family. But buti na lang napalaki kami ng maayos ng mga mommy namin. Di ba? Of course the second family of my father was due to kabit also and the third one. At least yung mothers namin hindi kami ina-isolate or sineparate. Bata pa lang kami talagang ni-recognized na okay meron kaming mga kapatid sa labas.
ROCCO: I do have a step sister kaya ramdam ko rin yung nangyayari sa Pamilya Roces. Nalaman ko lang recently na may ate pala ako. Sa dad’s side ko. But I don’t want to dwell on that baka maapektuhan ang mommy ko.
JASMINE: I can’t relate my personal life pagdating kay Pearl. But I can relate on how ate would have treated a younger sister.
SHAIRA: Sa akin naman wala kaming pinagkaiba ni Amythest. Sa totoong buhay kasi parang ako yung ate sa amin kahit middle child ako tapos only girl.
GABBI: I’m not saying super match kami but she has personality that is similar to mine. For example, Jade often gets misinterpreted. Ako, yeah I’ve been there. I’ve been misinterpreted a lot of time. She’s very palaban. She has very strong personality. She’s very outspoken same as I am.
