Frascos miabaga sa honoraria sa barangay workers

Why does Magpale refuse to pay the barangay workers of Liloan who were doing simply doing their duty?,” dugang pamahayag.

“Assuming for the sake of argument that I received the letter, this still does not does not erase the fact that we have an ongoing measles vaccination for kids in all barangays, not to mention all our other ongoing health and peace and order programs which our barangay workers are duty bound to carry out. The measles epidemic poses a clear and prsent danger to the public, especially our young. Who in their right upstanding non-politicking minds would knowingly prioritize a political rally over protecting the lives of our children?” pagpasabot ni Mayor Frasco.
