Gwen mimando sa paghingpit sa traffic plans sa kalungsoran

Gitinguha ni Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia nga makahuman ang tanang lokalidad sa paghimo sa tagsa-tagsa niini ka mga Local Public Transport Plan (LPTRP) sa dili pa mapupos ang 45 ka adlaw nga tagal sa special permits nga iyang gitugot pinaagi sa Executive Order No. 5, S. 2023.

“We are seeing that we will be able to do this within the next 45 days but we cannot control the approval. So we hope we will be able to submit earlier than 45 days sa LTFRB for them to endorse,” asoy ni Garcia. “We also have a date set for them to submit the first draft for them (LTFRB and the Provincial Government) to review. Mismo kada LGU mo come up sa ilang ruta kay dili mana diha ra magtuyok-tuyok kinahanglan na ma connect sa mga sulod. So there has to be a provincial LPTRP nga maoy mo- integrate ani tanan,” matud ni Garcia.

Laing tulo na usab ka adlaw ang ipahigayon alang sa paghimo ug pagkorehir sa draft sa LPTRPs niini.

Gitinguha sa gobernador nga mahuman sa mga lokalidad ang LPTRP sulod sa 45 ka adlaw o sa dili pa matapos ang extension.

Si Eduardo Montealto Jr., regional director sa LTFRB-7, nagkanayon nga posibleng mahuman ang LPTRP sanglit mahiusa na ang mga lokalidad ug makakompara sa ilang mga draft.

“Kaya. Kay ang LPTRP dili man na mahuman nila kon dili mahuman ang ubang LGUs.

Gipasabot ni Garcia nga ang EO subay sa gitamdan nga Local Government Code sa Section 16 (General Welfare) ug Section 17 (Basic Services and Facilities).
