TATLER TIPS

For a satisfying and well-curated sampling of Epilogue’s delicious fare, opt for the six-course Gastronomy Menu.

• From the moment the smoked salmon is ceremoniously served, one instantly knows they’re in for a treat. One can savour the crunchiness of nori coupled with fresh salmon bits.

• A welcome twist is given to roasted pumpkin soup with its foie gras and mushroom ravioli, and an added zing of goji berry.

• The crispy amadai is a crowd favourite, and for good reason. Flavours from the clam foam and vegetable risotto are, on their own, fantastic, but when combined, lend the dish its balanced taste and texture.
