Cliffhouse in Tagaytay has long been a favourite of visitors on the ridge since the early 2000s, with Fire Lake Grill being one of the shining stars of its compound. Having an unobstructed view of Taal Volcano and a cosy atmosphere in the evenings, it is favoured for celebrations and quiet gatherings. While the face of the restaurant could do with an update to its classical bistro elements, loyal clients never fail to return for more of the house speciality, grilled US Angus rib-eye.
