Like its parent establishment Kettle, Fireside is all about serving great-tasting comfort food in generous helpings—but with a more relaxed, younger feel. Here, classics like Caesar salad and fried chicken fingers are given a tasty modern twist: the former comes with a generous slab of grilled bacon, while the latter is given additional savour by being brined for 24 hours in buttermilk before being dredged in buttery Ritz cracker crumbs and Cajun seasoning.
