TATLER TIPS

• Start with a winning combinatio­n of their chorizo puffs and a cocktail—you can choose from over a hundred varieties of gin from Bar M.

• If the burrata is available, absolutely go with that, then move on to the fresh pako salad or cheese soufflé.

• Your main course will be a tough choice between the Wagyu rib-eye, aldente tagliolini bottarga or the tender beef cheeks with creamy polenta.

• If fresh truffles from Alba are available, make sure to request for liberal shavings atop your mains!
