Chef Carlo Cracco, one of the proponents of contempora­ry Italian cuisine, has perfected his own culinary creations, drawing inspiratio­n from the sophistica­ted internatio­nal cuisine of Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo, where he worked. Cracco’s philosophy is simple: respect for the natural avours of ingredient­s and constant reinventio­n.

Two years in the making, the project is a creative output of both parties’ expertise: Scavolini’s over ve decades-experience in manufactur­ing and Cracco’s ne cooking techniques. is customisab­le kitchen allows you to cook like a pro and treat ingredient­s with respect by lessening waste, lowering consumptio­n levels, and performing special cooking and preservati­on techniques. It is meant to empower homeowners to profession­ally prepare meals in a residentia­l setting.

Mia by Carlo Cracco’s work areas and appliances are clad with a steel nish, striking a contrast with the kitchen cabinet doors in warmer hues. e scenic island is a steel monobloc equipped with built-in cooking and washing areas, all topped

by a hanging structure housing a hood and a dish-rack. Dark steel doors with vertical satin
