FRANCE HOSPICES DE BEAUNE WINE AUCTION

Three days of food and wine festivitie­s culminate in this world-famous auction, where grand cru wines go under the hammer to raise funds for charity. The auction, which is hosted by non-profit organisati­on Domaine des Hospices de Beaune and carried out by Christie’s, is held at HôtelDieu, a 15th-century former hospice.
