MANILA:

- (PNA)

The Philippine National Police (PNP) wants to further improve its information drive relating to the government’s ongoing anti-illegal drugs campaign. The move is in response to the Second Quarter Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey that showed majority of Filipinos doubt claims suspects killed during anti-drug operations resisted arrest. PNP spokesperson Chief Supt. Dionardo Carlos said in a report Thursday they will not question the SWS on how it managed to reach the conclusion but will provide the public with their own figures on the campaign instead.
