Medical mission set in northern Cebu

SM Foundation, Inc. together with SM Supermalls will hold a three-day medical and dental mission in Consolacion, Bogo and San Remigio on August 31 to September 2.

The foundation together with project partners will hold the medical and dental mission in San Remigio Rural Health Unit on August 31. Bogo City will have its turn on September 1 in SM Cares Village, in Barangay Polambato. Another medical and dental mission will also happen at the covered parking area of SM City Consolacion on September 2.

Through these medical missions, SM Foundation provides free health services such as medical consultations, basic laboratory tests and dental check-ups to communities. In addition to this, the foundation also dispenses proper and complete dosages of medicines to its medical mission patients through its Gamot Para sa Kapwa medicine campaign.

Over the years, the program has been conducted in SM malls, Savemores, SM Hypermarkets, Felicidad T. Sy Wellness Centers and other institutionalized organizations and communities.
