The Apas Barangay Council is set to discuss a joint resolution raised by three groups which strongly denounces the actions of an alleged Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan ally derailing tha groups stressed how a certain "Mr. Ignacio Labro and company is ANTI-YOUTH, ANTI-DEVELOPMENT, ANTI-BROTHERHOOD, ANTI-COOPERATION and a BAD EXAMPLE to the young leaders of San Miguel, Apas, Cebu City."

Labro and company have allegedly meddled with the actions of the organizing committee for the upcoming fiesta.

Last August 14, the Alpha Kappa Rho painted their logo on the right side of the wall of the barangay's basketball court with the sign "Please SAY NO TO DRUGS," as their support in the anti-illegal drug campaign of President Rodrigo Duterte.

The Tau Gamma Phi also had their logo on the right side of the stage inside the court.

However, on August 16, Labro and company allegedly covered the AKHRO logo with white paint as a sign that they did not approve it.

Barangay captain Ramil Ayuman said he personally condemns the action of Labro towards the groups.

"It's an insult to the legitimate organization here in Apas like Akhro," he told The FREEMAN.

According to Ayuman, he gave the groups the go signal to paint on the walls in exchange of their contributions for the fiesta of Sitio San Miguel on September 29.

The groups have been the partner of the Sitio San Miguel Youth Association in organizing the basketball league for the fiesta.

Both groups gave out cash to the youth association intended for the Miss Teen Sitio San Miguel 2016, and gave donations that will be used to repair their basketball court.

The said resolution was signed by the president of Sitio San Miguel Association Youth Association Seiji "Bulo" Soledad, Alpha Kappa Rho Cloyd Dedicatoria and Tau Gamma Phi Rudyard Condrado.
