Teleperformance gives P500T in referral promo
Teleperformance gave away more than half a million pesos of cash incentives to its top referring employees during the recently concluded “Bringa-Buddy Elite” program held at One Esplanade in Pasay City.
Named as BAB Elite champions were Cebu employees Gerald Lariosa who received P200,000 cash incentive; Giovanni Devero2nd place and received P100,000; and Ronel Alsado, 3rd place and received P50,000.
Meanwhile, Teleperformance Bacolod was recognized as the top site with the highest percentage of referrals versus site requirement during the promo period. Site Director Marichris Dela Cruz accepted the BaB Elite Award and cash incentives of P100,000 (for Top Site) and P50,000 (for Top Site Director).
The “Bring-a-Buddy (BaB) Elite” is a recruitment referral promo ran by Teleperformance where every employee with successful referral earns a point. Referring employee who earned at least ten (10) points during the promo period qualifies to be part of the Bring-a-Buddy Elite group.
Aside from the cash prizes, all 14 BaB Elites each received special edition BaB Elite items such as corporate jacket, notebook, commemorative pin and a Parker pen. Premium items such as TechnoMarine watches and shopping e-cards were also raffled off to the participants. The night culminated with special awards given to the Best Dressed Male and Female, Buddy of the Night, and Star of the Night.
