The signing will be held at the Capitol Social Hall with Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Corazon Teo, Singapore Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Scott Loh.

The event will start around 9 a.m., wherein Cebu Governor Hilario Davide will deliver his keynote speech, while Teo will give her welcome address.

After the signing of the MOU, Bong Bengzon, DOT Undersecretary for Tourism Planning, will give a briefing on the Philippine Tourism Roadmap, while James Lee, director of RP’s School of Hospitality, will discuss Singapore’s best practices on hospitality management.

Temasek Foundation International, on the other hand, is a Singapore-based nonprofit philanthropic organization that funds and supports programs with a purpose of building communities and capabilities across Asia.
