Divina, several lawyers on immigratio­n watchlist

MANILA — University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law Dean Nilo Divina and several lawyers have been added to an Immigratio­n watchlist over the fatal hazing case of Horacio "Atio" Castillo III.

More than 40 names were added to the Department of Justice's Immigratio­n Lookout Bulletin Order, which was made public Thursday.

They are Axle Bose, Alex Cairo, Alexander J. Flores, Allan Christophe­r Agati, Alvin S. Dysangco, Arnel A. Bernardo, Arthur B. Capili, Arthur Capili, Alston Kevin Anarna, Cecilio Jimeno, Cesar "Mong" Gaba dela Fuente, Cesar Ocampo Ona, and Edzel Bert Canlas.

Ferdinand Rogelio, Gaile Dante Acuzar Caraan, Herny Pablo Jr., Jet Dela Peña Villaoman, Manuel Angelo Ventura III, Marvi Abo, Michael Vito, Niño Servanez, Brian Bangui, Cezar N. Tirol, Chuck Siazar, Edric Pilapil, and Edwin C. Uy.

Gabriel T. Robeniol, Henry Pablo Jr., Kim Cyrill Roque, Lennert Bryan Galicia, Leo Lalusis, Luis Kapulong, Manny Ventura, Michael Joseph G. Fernandez, Nathan A. Anarna, Oscar T. Ce, Paulino L. Yusi Robin Ramos, Romeo Rivera Laboga, and Ronald Cheng.

RR Magbuhos, Sam Cagalingan, Vicente Garcia, Wiliam S. Merginie, and Zach Abolencia/ Zach Abulencia.

Immigratio­n officials cannot prevent people on the list from leaving the country but are required to inform the DOJ if they do. Only a court-issued Hold Departure Order can bar them from leaving.
