A rainbow after the storm

faithful in all circumtances. Show me Your rainbow

of blessings!

John 6:37-40

Being human, we tend to question God and find reasons when faced with extreme trial. I have a friend named Lerwin. He and his family were happy and devout Catholics. They gave their all to God.

One day, while they were capping off a Life in the Spirit Seminar, someone approached him while he was singing at Mass.Apparently, there was an accident a few meters from their church. It was their car, and in it was his family. Unfortunately, his parents and his brother died on the spot. His grandfather also passed away on that same day.

Did Lerwin question God? Yes! Where’s he now? Faithfully serving God at The Feast, singing songs of praise and leading people to worship every week. Did anything change in him after the incident? Yes, he loved God even more!

Whenever I look at Lerwin, I see strength. It’s impossible for anyone to fully understand God’s wisdom. All we can do is trust Him and be faithful in all circumstances, knowing that there’s always a rainbow after every storm.
