The hotel had the lighting of its Christmas Tree, on November 6, at the hotel’s lobby. The ceremony was led by Lapu-Lapu Tourism Officer Hembler Mendoza, Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza and hotel manager Benhur Caballes.
Also present during the occasion were special guests and members of the media, as well as candidates of this year’s Miss Lapu-Lapu beauty pageant.
SM Seaside City.
The fourth biggest SM Mall in the country had the lighting of its carousel-themed Christmas Tree on November 9 at the Mountain Wing Atrium of the mall, with SM Prime Holdings vice president Marissa Fernan leading the ceremony, assisted by “countdown-ers” Parker Uy, Bentley Uy, Saige Romualdez, Mather Rousseau, Ema Onda, Luis Seno, Juan Alegrado, Daniel Siao, Yohan Gayatin and Zoe Lee.
It was highlighted by performances by the students of Ballet Center Cebu, the University of the Philippines Cebu Chorus, the Cebu Philharmonic Orchestra and Caelah Tan of School of Rock.
Radisson Blu Cebu.
Cebuana diva Anna Fegi-Brown together with tenor Arman Ferrer, the Cebu Philharmonic Orchestra and the internationally renowned University of the Visayas Chorale performed popular Christmas songs at the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony of Radisson Blu Cebu, on November 10.
The lighting of the hotel’s sapphire-hued tree was led by SM Hotels and Conventions Corp vice president Peggy Angeles, SM Hotels and Conventions Corp president Elizabeth Sy, Cebu vice governor Agnes Magpale, Radisson Blu Cebu genearal manager Laurent Boisdron and Smile Train Philippines country directory Kimmy Flaviano.

SM City Cebu lighted its 30-feet tall sapphire-hued Christmas Tree on November 10. The event was also the unveiling of the “Christmas Village of Hope” diorama at the mall’s Northwing Atrium.
It’s the 9th year for SM City Cebu to host the diorama, which encourages donations for the benefit of children under the care of the Kythe Foundation.
The tree lighting event was highlighted by performances by the Mandaue Children and Youth Chorus.
Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
Actor Gerald Anderson, Robinsons Galleria Cebu marketing director Eunice Gonzales and Robinsons Galleria Cebu regional operations manager May Vega led the lighting of the mall’s Peach Fir Christmas Tree on November 12.
Standing 32 feet tall at the mall’s main foyer, the tree was made in Europe specially for Robinsons Galleria Cebu and touted to be one of its kind in the country.
The occasion also marked the opening of the mall’s “Festival of Trees” annual Christmas Trees display at the 2nd level of the mall.
