As it marks another year of service for the Cebu business community, the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) moves forward to establish a closer and stronger relationship with its members and members of the entire business community in Cebu. This is done through the continued offering of relevant training courses to improve the competitiveness of businesses.
CCCI CONDUCTS TRAINING ON GOOD
MANUFACTURING PRACTICES( G MP)
On February 21-22, CCCI will conduct a training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is a full two day event (from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.) at the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Regional Office-7, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.
The GMP Training is aimed at providing food handlers in the food industry the necessary knowledge and skills on the fundamental elements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
GMP is a system to ensure products in quality measures for both production and quality control. Further, GMP ensures that the processes necessary for production and testing are clearly defined, reviewed, validated and documented.
At the end of the training, participants are expected to have a better understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of GMP.
Registration fee is P 5,000 for CCCI Members and P 6,000 for Non-CCCI Members.

CCCI JOINS HRD WORKSHOP IN MANILA
CCCI came together with other local chambers for a two-day workshop named as Human Resource Development: Identifying Income-Generating Services Workshop for Local Chambers last January 16-17 at the City Garden Grand Hotel, Makati, Metro Manila.
Participants of the workshop are from various local chambers and members in the country. The workshop was hosted by the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the K to 12 Plus Project.
The workshop aims to capacitate local chambers to provide human resource development.
