Filinvest partners with city for seaplane dock at SRP

-

Gotianun-led Filinvest proudly witnessed the inauguration of the first seaplane dock in Cebu's South Road Properties (SRP).

Located at the coastal area of Il Corso in City di Mare, a Filinvest townscape within SRP, the floating dock will service Air Juan, which also launched its first seaplane services in Cebu City that would allow local and foreign tourists’ hasslefree inter-island trips for business or leisure.

“Filinvest is honored to accommodate this worthy project of Mayor Tommy Osmeña here at City di Mare, envisioned to be the next lifestyle capital of Cebu. We believe that this seaplane dock will be beneficial to tourists, the city and the businesses here in Cebu, especially here at SRP,” Joy Polloso, Senior Vice President for Commercial Centers, Festival Supermall, Inc. said during the launch.

The seaplane will cater destinations from SRP to popular islands of Malapascua, Sumilon Island, Kalanggaman, Gigantes, Lakawon, Camotes, Panglao, and Anda in Bohol in the first quarter of the year and is seen to further boost the tourism and business sectors of the city.

Polloso added that passengers of the seaplane will get a chance to see and explore City di Mare, a premier, urban 50-hectare development and the largest master-planned coastal township in Cebu City when they dock. “With this, passengers and tourists will have a first-hand experience of how Mayor Osmeña’s vision for SRP is coming to fruition.”

City Di Mare is deemed to be the lifestyle capital of Cebu. It is home to Filinvest’s premier residential development, Amalfi, a low density condominium project inspired by Italy’s scenic coastline. It boasts of lush environs, expansive open spaces, relaxing amenities, including an Olympic-sized pool considered one of the biggest in Cebu.

Another residential project within City di Mare is Sanremo Oasis, a mid-rise residential condominium cluster boasting of 60 percent open space and completed resort-inspired amenities shared by six fully-constructed residential buildings. Both residential projects are accredited by the Philippine Retirement Authority as ready for occupancy units.

City di Mare also boasts of the 10-hectare Il Corso, the only waterfront lifestyle strip in Cebu that will offer a wide range of retail brands, best culinary options for the ideal shopping and recreation experience.

?? ?? The completion of the seaplane dock is indeed an added attraction at SRP that is poised to advance Cebu’s image as one of the country’s premier tourist and retirement destinations.
