Love and Luck in the Year of the Dog
Simultaneous celebrations of Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year Day are set happen at Golden Prince Hotel with “Puppy Love: A Celebration of Love and Luck in the Year of the Dog.”
From February 14 to 18, seductive menus await diners. At Le’Mon restaurant, the hotel’s main outlet, lunch and dinner menus highlight carvings of beef Wellington, or certified Angus US rib-eye steak, or beef tenderloin on selected dates. On February 16, Chinese New Year Day, roasted Peking duck takes center stage. These highlights, together with items like beef bourguinon or creamy Tuscan chicken or Mongolian beef stir-fry and, of course, Golden Prince’s famous beef salpicao should transport seekers of both fantastic taste and great value seekers to a merging of both ideals.
Le’Mon restaurant has also recently introduced new stations to further expand one’s golden dinner experience with the addition of the Bisaya corner that features native cooking taken to another level; the “Gado-gado” station – chock full of healthy options of greens and other fresh produce and, lastly, the Triple Carving station beckons seasoned meat lovers.

14, Valentine’s Day, “143” opens the doors of Bulawan Küche with its panoramic views of the city, and D’Prince Hall, both on the 11th floor, to dining couples to enjoy an exquisite four-course meal with wine at a valuable price that simply says “I love you” back. Choices of certified Angus beef US rib-eye steak or honeyglazed salmon for entrees, and choices of luxurious red velvet brownie or decadent molten chocolate lava cake for dessert are to be enjoyed amid live entertainment.
