Cebu Landmasters opens MesaVirre showroom

Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) inaugurates its highly-anticipated MesaVirre Garden Residences showroom and new sales office at Paseo Verde same day as their ground breaking in Lacson Street, Mandalagan, Bacolod City.

MesaVirre is CLI’s fifth project of its best-selling Garden Series offering fresh air and tranquility right in the middle of an urban setting. Since its February 26 launching, MesaVirre Building A has been sold out, prompting the VisMin leading developer to introduce Building B sooner than expected.

"We are excited for our first venture in Bacolod, a city renowned both for its picturesque charms and progressive community," said CLI Founder and CEO Jose Soberano III. CLI officials graced the MesaVirre groundbreaking and showroom inauguration with partner contractors Abraham Lee and architectural consultant Mike Torres.

Composed of three residential towers with 1,072 studio and 1-bedroom units, MesaVirre Garden Residence is a garden enclave that promises green spaces, great views, and well-designed homes at the heart of Bacolod.

MesaVirre’s 305 sqm showroom is designed by Bacolod's very own Alexis Lustre who said her inspiration behind the design is the natural beauty of Bacolod City, the vibrant personality of the locals and the freshness that is Negros.

“The featured wall found in the showroom lobby is inspired by the market baskets with the traditional solihiya weave pattern to incorporate an organic element while complimenting the young target market of MesaVirre,” said Lustre.

“The teal color is attributed to MesaVirre's refreshing atmosphere. Elements and furniture were selected meticulously to keep it as natural as possible to make the visitors feel like they are one with nature,” added Lustre.

The showroom includes furnished models of a studio unit, one-bedroom unit, a combined-studio unit, and one deliverable unit.
