The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters regained the solo lead in the 2018 Honda PBA Commission­er's Cup as they escaped a heated battle with the GlobalPort Batang Pier, 96-90, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last night.

"I wanted to win the game badly," the veteran guard said about refusing to leave the game for the hospital. "I think it was the best revenge for what [White] did to me."

Tiu said it was one of the worst injuries he's had in his career. He headed to the hospital quickly after the game. —
