Casa Mira South named best housing development

Vismin property leader Cebu Landmasters’ Casa Mira South bagged the Best Housing Development (Cebu) award during the 6th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2018 held on May 11 at the Fairmont Makati Ballroom.

Casa Mira South is CLI’s bestselling housing project that gives more for the Filipino family and is located in an accessible 32-hectare property in Naga City, south of Cebu. Due to the success of the Casa Mira brand, it has expanded to several locations such as Linao, Labangon, Guadalupe in Cebu and Sibulan.

Citadines Cebu City, a 180-unit hotel in CLI’s mixed-use residential and lifestyle hub in Base Line Center, located at the heart of the city and is managed by the world’s biggest international serviced residence owner-operator Ascott, is commended for Best Hotel Development (Cebu).
