10 LTO execs moved to different offices

The Land Transporta­tion Office (LTO)-7 has revamped the other day 10 of its officials in Central Visayas.

LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante, in his memorandum dated May 29, that the reshufflin­g of officers was made “in the best interest of service and further to the recommenda­tion of LTO7 Regional Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec.”

The order was effective immediatel­y.

In Cebu, Engr. Bernardo Borromeo, acting chief of Talisay City Extension Office, was transferre­d to the District Licensing and Renewal Office at SM City Cebu, as acting chief.

Jean Encarnacio­n Aying, the acting chief of DLRO at SM City, is transferre­d to Toledo City District Office. She will serve as acting chief of the branch.

Maria Deanna Grace Nosco, acting chief of the Mandaue District Office, is transferre­d to the Talisay City District Office in the same capacity as an acting chief.

Adela Ybañez, approving officer of New Registrati­on Unit, Operations Division, was moved to the Mandaue City District Office as acting chief.

Fernando Bustillos, who is the acting chief of Toledo District Office, replaced Ybañez at the new registrati­on unit.

In Bohol, Macario Getaruelas, acting chief of Jagna District Office, was moved to the Tagbilaran City District Office as acting chief.

Talibon Extension Office Acting Chief Sande Padriga replaced Getaruelas at the Tagbilaran office.

Angeles Enoc, acting cashier of Tagbilaran City District Office, replaced Padriga at the Talibon office.

Samuel Alabat Sr., acting chief of Tagbilaran City District Office, was transferre­d to DLRO ICM in Tagbilaran City as acting chief.

Sonia Calulo, acting chief of DLRO ICM in Tagbilaran City, was also moved to the Jagna District Office as acting cashier.

Galvante stated that the acting chiefs of the district offices have Representa­tion and Transporta­tion Allowance (RATA) authorized for their designatio­n, subject to availabili­ty of funds and pertinent accounting and auditing rules and regulation­s.

Galvante likewise directed the proper turnover of property, money and other accountabi­lities to be effected in the presence of representa­tives from the Regional Internal Audit Section, Property Section and the Commission on Audit.
