TWO-DAY ISO 22000:2005 FOOD SAFETY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRAINING
CCCI will hold the two-day ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Training on July 4-5 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Regional Office 7, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.
The course covers the background, importance and scope of the Food Safety Management System or the ISO 22000, which took effect on December 2005. This course aims to help participants to appreciate the background, importance and urgency of the need to, effectively initiate a sustainable food management system.
The two-day training will let them understand the pre-requisite programs especially relative to their efficient operation to provide a solid foundation for meeting the international food safety standards.
In addition, participants will be given a thorough understanding of the different elements of ISO 22000, as they relate to the quality management systems and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) programs and how their proper practice can help ensure safety in the food chain.
Registration for CCCI members is Php 5,000 and Php 6,000 for non-CCCI members.

BUILDING HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS TRAINING
Dubbed as “Building High Performing Teams” training, CCCI is set to conduct this two-day training on identifying key elements of high performance teams on July 18-19 at Azia Suites and Residences.
The course will help participants to create clarify of purpose, values, objectives, and rules of engagement of a team.
Ronaldo M. Cocoba, Career First Institute Learning and Development Director, is the primary speaker and facilitator. He has a proven track record in leading teams in training, quality, and operations of some of the biggest BPO organizations in the country.
Registration for CCCI members is Php5,000 while non-members will be assessed Php 6,000.
