Specialty personal care brand opens in Cebu

Hello Gorgeous!, a brand of locally made organic cosmetics, opens its first store in Cebu at the Third Floor, Mountain Wing of SM Seaside City.

Hello Gorgeous! was a concept that began in 1988 as Skinline – a Day Spa that offers facial and body care treatments. It is the first and only specialty personal care concept of its kind in the town, where homemade products are presented as new alternatives to traditional cosmetics and body care ideas.

In February 2016, the management started repackaging the products it uses in its clinics for customers to purchase and take home under the name Skinline Essentials.

After generating a huge following on social media, the management decided to rebrand Skinline Essentials to Hello Gorgeous! to communicate more effectively to its hip, young, and adventurous market.

Hello Gorgeous products promise to take care of the skin the naturally way. Among its bestsellers are the Velveteen liquid lipstick that gives a matte finish in nude color, making lips look natural without a chop effect; Unicorn Tears, a makeup essential that makes a very good highlighter; and for facial care after a longwearing makeup during the day — Charcoal Soap, made up of activated charcoal, is a special process form of carbon that draws impurities and toxins out of the skin.
