A New Food Market in Mandaue

-

Since its launch in 2016, Sugbo Mercado has been serving up something new for Cebuanos and visitors to Cebu.

A go-to destination for friends and families who enjoy alfresco dining over the white tablecloth experience, the food bazaar brand recently raised the ante for food market concepts in the metro, with the grand opening of “The Market by Sugbo Mercado” last August 3.

Covering a roughly 1,500 square meters area along Mantawi International Drive in Mandaue City, the high span-roofed food market is a step-up expansion of Sugbo Mercado’s weekend food market concept.

Open on Tuesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., The Market features close to 30 vendors that highlight a section of specials, allowing diners at the “container van food park” to savor a range of Japanese-inspired dishes, Chicago-style deep dish pizzas, traditional Cebuano specials, an various seafoods, desserts, coolers and more.

With The Market vendors offering something distinct from each other, diners get to pick something new every time they drop by.

As it is managed by Sugbo Mercado, The Market maintains the Cebuano brand’s take on highlighting the innovations of local up-and-coming food-trepreneurs – not only as a new dining destination, but also as a gateway for food business success stories to take place.
