SHS-Ateneo escapes UV

SHS Lux Oriens was led by Aaron Abunawan’s eight points while Elrich Elijah Zulueta led Don Bosco with seven. In other Passerelle division games, UV trounced Cebu Eastern College, 50-28, as SHSAteneo Magis defeated Sisters of Mary SchoolBoystown, 63-23.

The 33rd SBP Passerelle Twin Tournament backed by Milo is the country’s premier league for the Under 12 and Under 15 age groups.

The Cebu champions qualify for the Visayas Regional Finals in October, while the Visayas champion moves on to the national finals in November. The University of San Carlos is the defending champion in the Passerelle division while SHS-Ateneo is the defending SBP division champion.
