A Celebration of Golden Moments
On October 2, Golden Price Hotel and Suites celebrates its 12th anniversary. The hotel prides of its unique Cebuano hospitality and service, and on the occasion of its anniversary this year it is set to unveil its newest enhancements and offerings, starting with the refurbishing of the rooms at its first tower. Etched on its walls is its mission of treating the world to the warmth of Cebuano hospitality. The guests’ time at the hotel is to be truly Golden Moments.
Another exciting thing on schedule is the re-launching of the Kabilin Heritage Lounge. The lounge now infuses the warmth and the good-life feel of the ‘ilustrado mestizo’ home of old, with authentic Cebuano heritage dishes a la carte, and the sought-after Filipino Merienda Buffet from 2 to 6 p.m. A private dining room has been added that can seat 20 persons.
The Le’Mon Restaurant has been spruced up, too. A Cebuano Corner further augments its Asian Fusion character. Diners feel a deeper sense of culture and get to taste the Cebuano culinary heritage. Local dishes like Dinuldog, Tinuno-ang Monggos, Prichon, Lechon Karahay and Chicharon continue to delight diners. The menu is refreshed daily at Le’Mon, so that there is no ‘taste fatigue’ among regular diners.
At the hotel’s Lanai RestoBar, the Wagyu Tower Burger and local cocktails have been drawing loyal customers, especially Cebuanos who take food and beverage seriously. The servings at the restobar are good for sharing, although some patrons would like to have a serving all to themselves
– for obvious reasons. It has ‘barchow’ offerings to encourage diners to extend their stay hanging out and chilling at the open air lounge.
