Autism Society sets job interviews today

The Autism Society Philippines (ASP) through its program Autismworks is currently helping fill up positions in various functions in the retail, food service, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries for job-ready persons with autism.
In Cebu, ASP will have Autismworks job interviews for persons with autism on October 20, 2018, beginning at 9AM at the Kite Strings Developmental Center, No. 5 Second St., San Antonio Village, Apas, Lahug, Cebu. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Must be 18 years-old and above;
* With formal autism diagnosis;
* Must be willing to disclose diagnosis to employer; * Must have undergone job-readiness training or preparation in a school setting;
* Autism Society Philippines member (can be completed upon placement).
Applicants can download the resume template may be downloaded as a Word document at http://bit.ly/aw-resume and update with personal details. Resumes must not go beyond one page. After which, send accomplished resumes to autismphils@gmail.com and wait for further instructions. Applicants are also required to submit one 2 by 2 ID photo during the interview.
While ASP will do its best to facilitate inclusion, it does not, however, offer assurances that applicants will be placed. The prospective employers shall determine the availability of the positions and the applicants’ readiness to take on the positions that match their interest, skill, and geographic convenience.
