Bioweapon, bat virus or seed virus?
In his book ‘The Unrestricted Warfare' Colonel Qiao Liang of China's People's Liberation Army had suggested exporting a virus to create a pandemic.
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in December 2019, the suspicions never died down that the virus could have been made in the Wuhan Pathology 4 laboratory (4 is the most dangerous grade) and that the China Communist Party leadership sent it intentionally to the world.
A strong argument for the veracity of that theory is: Domestic flights were halted while international flights out of Wuhan were encouraged. Four thousand Chinese flew from Wuhan to America in January 2020 and 381,000 in the following months to all continents.

P4 laboratories in the country. It is very worrisome.
It seems the CCP has more sinister intentions in mind. In the last week at first U.S. citizens received per mail sachets with seeds in it. Then by and by also U.K. citizens received the unsolicited mail, then also Canadians, Japanese, and New Zealanders. The parcels come from China, Taiwan, and Kenya and have Chinese letters on them. Up to now were counted 14 different kinds of seeds like hibiscus, magnolia or fire tree. Authorities warn not to open the sachets or even plant the seeds for they could contain harmful pathogens, pests that could damage the environment and crops or insect eggs that would become locusts or whatever. Receivers shall at once inform the Department of Agriculture. All these countries have strict laws that regulate the import of seeds.
Indian WION Television - although no Indian citizen has hitherto received such sending - reports comprehensively on the matter. In the three Philippine newspapers that I read daily I did not find any warning or guideline for Filipinos who receive unsolicited mail. Do not trust the CCP.
As to a vaccine President Duterte seems to count on a Chinese product. But majority of Filipinos declare they would decline a Chinese vaccine inoculated in their bodies. I, as a German, would wait for a properly tested vaccine from T bingen CureVac enterprise.
