ARQ Sports big boss Jason Arquisola to host historic “Cebully Mania”

-

From basketball to boxing, ARQ Sports big boss Jason Arquisola will treat the Cebuanos to a different kind of spectacle as the esteemed businessman-sportsman hosts the first ever American Bully dog show in Cebu next month.

Arquisola is the man behind the multititled ARQ Builders ballclub seeing action in various leagues both amateur and commercial, most notable among them is the Pilipinas Super League (PSL) Under 21 Aspirants Division.

At the height of the pandemic two years ago, Arquisola established ARQ Boxing buoyed by his ardent desire to give the aspiring fighters a source of livelihood during trying times while helping them achieve their goals to become champions someday.

Unknown to many, Arquisola is also a dog lover.

To highlight the second anniversary celebration of his Khalvis Bullies Kennel Club, Arquisola brings in the “Cebully Mania:Come Out and Play” American Bully dog show in this side of the archipelago come August 28 at the IC3 Convention Center along Pope John Paul II Avenue in Barangay Luz , Cebu City. It is sanctioned by the American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC) based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA.

American Bullies in general are commonly mistaken as bulldog but they are of different breed lines. Nicknamed “Bully”, they are fierce looking dogs but have good temperament and ready to please attitude. They are loyal, loving and wellmannered dogs disguised in a bulky body.

Founded by Arquisola together with his partner Dexter Ty in 2020, Khalvis Bullies are a family of dog lovers who breed American Bully. They practice selective mating with the intention of maintaining or producing specific qualities and characteristics.

“Khalvis Bullies have been successful for the past two years. We are fortunate to have one of the best CEOs in Cebu, sir Jason Arquisola. He supported all our major shows,” said Jacques Angelvin Angel of the Khalvis Bullies, whose goal is to produce dogs that are family-friendly, entertaining and fiercely loyal.

“Owing to the support of the American Bully community, we give back to them the show they ever wanted, the Cebully Mania. Here, we are expecting more participants from Mindanao and Visayas region since Manila is too far for them. In the same way, we are expecting participants from Luzon.”

“It will just be one of the many firsts in Cebu as we host two international judges and some other famous personalities and influencers in the bully community,” added Angeles. “This will be an epic show here in the Queen City of the South.Don’t get left behind. Get ready for Cebully Mania!”.

No less than renowned ABKC international judges Ragim Simone Magh and Monsorat McField both of The Netherlands will be coming over. They will be joined by Filipino John Enerva in adjudicating the winners of the different categories that include XL, pocket, standard, and exotic.

Entrance fee is only P200 with free raffle ticket for a chance to win exciting prizes. Food and drinks are available inside the venue as well as a pet shop where everyone can buy dog essentials.
