Globe Group’s Cloud DevOps engineering firm Cascadeo has announced to embark on a transformative journey in 2024, from being a cloud-centric organization to becoming Artificial Intelligence (AI) centric, signifying its commitment to remaining at the forefront of an ever-evolving technological landscape to better serve its customers.

Cascadeo leverages more than 17 years of industry experience in cloud engineering and operations to embrace AI, “the single most important invention of our lifetime,” said Founder and Chief Technology Officer Jared Reimer.

“In 2024, we will embark on a transformative journey from being a cloudcentric

organization to becoming AI-centric. This is not just a shift in technology but a leap into the future of human civilization. Artificial Intelligence is not just a buzzword or fad - it is the key to unlocking unimaginable possibilities and solving complex problems,” he said.

Central to this evolution is Cascadeo AI, a pioneering Service-as-a-Software (SaaS) solution being licensed to companies around the world and extensively used by Globe for its enterprise clients. It blends generative AI with cloud management to analyze IT system events and generate runbooks for effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

“This transition is an opportunity for us to redefine our purpose and impact. AI has

the potential to revolutionize every aspect of our lives, from healthcare to education, making services more accessible and efficient. As we integrate AI into every aspect of Cascadeo, we will not only offer cutting-edge solutions to our clients but also contribute to a brighter future for humanity,” Reimer said, adding that the world will forever be seen as “the era before AI” and “the era with AI.”

Cascadeo is also dedicated to the personal growth and development of its employees. It is providing on-the-job training and establishing an AI Center of Excellence to ensure that the workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in an AI-driven world.

“We believe in nurturing the talents and unlocking the full potential of our employees. Learning to work with AI is as fundamental as learning to work with computers, the Internet, and the telephone,” Reimer pointed out.

According to Reimer, Cascadeo’s shift towards AI integration will build upon, adapt, and evolve its existing cloud expertise to strengthen and enhance its new AI-focused path.

“Cloud is the foundation that AI is built upon. Our extensive cloud expertise and experience are our secret weapon and the reason we will win in the future. As we move forward, let us embrace this era of immense change with both optimism and enthusiasm. Our journey has been remarkable, but the best is yet to come,” Reimer said.

Cascadeo is an AI-first Managed Services and Professional Services provider, AWS Premier Tier Services partner, and platform company devoted to fostering customer innovation.

Using Cascadeo AI, customers can leverage telemetry and generative technology to improve IT operations.

In addition, Cascadeo partners on public cloud initiatives at every stage, from defining cloud strategy through the design, build, automation, and management of cloud deployments.
