Save the country, reject the cha-cha

-

The trapos are on the rampage again, using public funds to bribe the people into supporting a charter change that will allow Chinese and other foreigners to own our lands, exploit our natural resources, run our schools, control our businesses, and virtually colonize us once again. If we don’t want to go back to the 17th century we should all reject these latest travesties and say no to these tricks.

There are two major agenda being pushed by these transactional and deceptive trapos. First, to remove the nationalistic provisions in the Constitution that require majority Filipino ownership, use, exploitation, disposition, and conveyancing of real estate and natural resources as well as special professions and businesses supposedly for the purpose of attracting foreign investors. Second, these hideous people who refuse to come out in the open, are poised, by all appearances to insert surreptitiously a seemingly harmless phrase in our fundamental law to extend the term of the incumbent politicians and remove term limits, thus eliminating the democratic process of electing their replacements or giving a vote of confidence to those who deserve to be reelected.

Why do we need to attract more investors, when the president, in his 17 or so visits to other countries, has already brought home the bacon, in the form of multiple and huge commitments, assurances, and vain promises of foreign investments to the tune of billions of dollars? Why is there a need to tinker with the fundamental law and open the floodgates to all forms of foolishness and tricks to be perpetrated by scheming predators? These traitors are palpably being used as dummies of China so as to get ownership of our lands and control our corporations. All these could only put to extreme risk all our national patrimony. Instead of attacking us militarily, the cha-cha shall then become the most effective mechanism by which to control and dominate our country, our government and our people. Cha-cha is a modern atomic bomb that can devastate the nation.

The 1987 Philippine Constitution is the best among all the Philippine Constitutions since the Malolos Constitutional Convention. It is pro-people, pro-labor, propoor, and pro-Filipino. It safeguards human rights, promotes social justice, and enshrines the most fundamental liberties and freedom of Filipinos. To allow foreigners to own, use, and exploit our lands and natural resources would be to surrender to foreign interests our national patrimony. This has been the jewel that one million Filipinos died for in World War II. Control of our economy is the result of the struggles and sacrifices of our heroes. Lapulapu, Dagohoy, Rizal, Bonifacio, Fathers Gomez, Burgos, and Zamora, offered their lives to gain our freedom and patrimony. We should never give it away.

The proponents of cha-cha want our lands to be owned by China and other aliens. They want our mines to be controlled by foreigners. They want our universities, colleges, and other educational centers to be in the control and domination of foreign powers. They want our government to be manned by minions and subalterns of foreign countries. They want our TV, radio, and other networks in the hands of aliens. Once these aliens gain control over our economy, then our political powers including our government shall be manned by their lackeys and robots. By that we shall be again under the domination of alien powers. Obviously, the proponents are going to make a lot of money and power as rewards for their creativity and ingenuity in fooling the people all the time.

The unkindest cut of all is when they push for the removal of their own term limits. They want to be forever in their positions. They shall continue to enjoy power and money, influence, prestige, and control over the government and its funds. If these two proposals are accepted through the peoples' initiative, then goodbye, Philippines. I will ask the Spider-man to fly me to the moon. At least there, power has a twin called responsibility. Here on earth, it's all about money. If you want to become a slave again, support chacha and become an enemy of your own family and people.

If you love our country don't be hoodwinked by cha-cha. This isn’t a peoples' initiative. It’s another concoction to fry us with our own lard. For once, let’s reject the Trojan horse called cha-cha surreptitiously contrived trapos who, in case you don’t realize, are the worst enemies of the people. They shouldn’t be allowed to fool all the people all thetime.
