To help Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) avoid being scammed particularly in buying real estate properties back home, Filipino Homes launched its “Global Partners” facility.

Global Partners is a pioneering facility that provides Pinoys working or living abroad an access to right information pertaining to property investments in the Philippines, and other assistance, under the Filipino Homes Group of companies.

In an interview with Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio, he said the opening Global Partners facility is now being piloted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UEA).

“This facility—Global Partners will support Filipino Homes plans to expand in many countries where there are Filipinos, and provide them physical access to sound advises and consultation pertaining to real estate investments and issues like scammers, and others,” noted Leuterio.

The establishment Global Partners facility serves also as “eyes and ears” to spot illegal real estate related dealings abroad.

Governed by the proven Filipino Homes system, Leuterio expressed commitment that Global Partners will also work with reputable developer partners in the Philippines, ensuring legitimacy of projects being sold and promoted abroad.

After Dubai, Leuterio said Filipino Homes aims to open at least four Global Partners facilities in 2024 in other countries like Japan, Canada and United States.

“The goal is to really reach out OFWs in each country and to help them from being victimized by scammers,” said Leuterio.

Global Partner facilities around the world also will offer assistance for OFWs whose properties back home need leasing or rental deals.

“We want to be visible in countries that have good number Filipinos,” Leuterio added.

“We give free consultation or advise to prospective buyers. We will also launch a regular talk show to provide avenue for Filipinos abroad who may have concerns of questions about real estate investment, property management, and other related issues,” he added.

The recently established Filipino Homes Global Partner-Dubai also launched the “Usapang Real Estate” talk show.

“In our sales mission trips abroad, we discovered that a lot of Filipinos are being scammed in their investments in properties in the Philippines. Global Partner offices’ purpose is to help them come up with right decision in investing in properties, as well as protect them from being victimized by colorum developers and real estate agents,” Leuterio reiterated.

Filipino Homes is a powerhouse of real estate solutions based in Cebu with a close to a hundred offices across the Philippines.
