World’s largest Pullman property to rise in Mactan
International hospitality group Accor is capitalizing on the promising tourism sector in Cebu by partnering with Tambuli Seaside Living developer, Tytans Properties and Development, Inc., to build a 1,100-room hospitality and lifestyle accommodations.
The partnership will introduce another branded hospitality establishment in Cebu, with the unveiling of the Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences to open in 2028.
This multi-billion-peso development will be the world’s largest Pullman property, said Garth Simmons, chief operating officer (CEO) of Accor, Asia.
“We are delighted to partner with Tytans Properties Development on this outstanding project that demonstrates Accor’s confidence in and commitment to the promising potential of the Philippines,” said Simmons during the ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing of both parties to kick of the project.
“Cebu, with its distinctive blend of urban vibrancy and coast charm, presents an ideal locale to cater to diverse markets. Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences will attract a wide variety of homeowners and guests, from leisure enthusiasts to corporate travelers seeking extended stays. This project is poised to redefine premium living and hospitality experiences in Cebu,” added Simmons.
The project will build three towers of branded residences and service-apartments within the 11-hectare Tambuli Seaside Living property.
Scheduled to start construction in 2025, the project targets to welcome its first guests in 2028.
This newest branded lifestyle accommodation in Mactan will feature 200 stylish guest rooms and suites alongside 900 branded residences, making this the most significant branded residential community in the Philippines.
